The excellent performance of high-quality ceramsite panels comes from scientific raw material ratio and standardized manufacturing process. The main raw materials of qualified products include ceramsite aggregates of different particle sizes, ordinary Portland cement, waterproofing agents, efficient water reducers and a small amount of functional additives. According to different product positioning and performance requirements, the particle size of ceramsite can be divided into coarse ceramsite, medium ceramsite and ceramsite powder, and they are reasonably proportioned to form a dense and stable aggregate gradation structure inside the panel.
In the batching stage, the production team will strictly control the proportion of each component according to the pre-designed formula. The content of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and other chemical components in the mixture will be adjusted within a reasonable range to ensure that the finished ceramsite panel has good strength, durability and volume stability. After the materials are fully and evenly mixed through the professional mixing equipment, the concrete mixture will be transported to the fixed mold or automatic production line for pouring and molding.
After the pouring is completed, the ceramsite panel will enter the controlled curing stage. Through reasonable temperature and humidity control, the cement hydration reaction can be carried out fully and evenly, so that the panel can gradually reach the designed strength level. After the curing period is completed, the finished panel will go through strict quality inspection procedures, including size deviation detection, appearance quality inspection and on-site sampling strength test. Only products that meet all the specification standards can be packaged and shipped to the construction site.
