Ceramsite Panel production and construction waste can be 100 percent reused which greatly reduces the total construction waste volume sent to landfills and improves the environmental sustainability of the whole construction industry. The small leftover cut pieces generated during the Ceramsite Panel installation process can be collected and crushed into different particle sizes of recycled expanded clay aggregate. These recycled aggregates can be directly used as raw materials to produce new Ceramsite Panel products or used as lightweight filler for floor backfilling and road base construction. Many large construction groups that have implemented Ceramsite Panel waste recycling programs found that they reduced their construction waste disposal cost by more than 70 percent and at the same time obtained a stable low cost source of lightweight recycled aggregates.
