The correct installation process is the key to giving full play to the performance advantages of prefabricated lightweight steel ceramsite concrete wall panels. Before the formal installation, the construction team needs to check the quality of the incoming panels, confirm that there are no cracks, missing corners and other defects on the surface of the panels, and verify that the size and opening position of the panels are consistent with the design drawings. At the same time, the installation datum line and elevation control line should be popped up on the construction site, and the installation position of the light steel keel frame should be accurately marked to ensure that the subsequent hoisting work can be carried out in an orderly manner.
In the hoisting and fixing stage, the lightweight characteristics of ceramsite panels can give full play to their advantages. The construction personnel can use the matching hoisting fixture to stably lift the panel to the designated position, and then adjust the verticality and flatness of the panel through the adjusting device. After the position is accurate, the panel is firmly connected with the light steel keel frame or the main structure through special connectors. During this process, attention should be paid to controlling the gap between adjacent panels, and the setting of reserved joints should meet the design requirements, so as to avoid structural cracks caused by temperature deformation in the later stage.
After the panel installation is in place, the joint treatment and surface finishing work can be carried out. The flexible joint filling material with good deformation resistance is selected to fill the gap between the panels, and then the anti-crack grid cloth is pasted at the joint position to enhance the crack resistance of the wall surface. After the joint treatment material reaches the strength, the subsequent plastering, putty scraping and decoration operations can be carried out. The whole installation process has high standardization, and the construction team can quickly master the operation points after simple training, which ensures the construction quality while improving the installation efficiency.
